Mind-blowing staff, super helpful and friendly, saved my laptop and still caught my train. Perfect location, clean and friendly place. Amazing bed and yummy food. 10/10!

Taxi required for meverywhere as no tube stations near. More (spare) pillows would be nice.

I would never stay at a Tryp Hotel ever again or recommend one to a friend as this was the worst stay I have ever had at a hotel! I was charged double for the room & despite resolving the issue with the staff at the hotel, upon my return home when I checked my credit card statement I found that I have been charged for the room twice! On top of that, the room was very basic & not particularly comfortable, the curtains needed replacing & did not close properly so let a lot of light into the room so resulted in a poor nights sleep! Also, the service was poor & they tried to double charge for my meal.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room. The facilities looked relatively new and well-maintained. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for my needs, located right on the motorway which made transportation very convenient. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the receptionist who was available around the clock. my stay was made even more enjoyable thanks to the hotel's great staff, facilities and convenient location.

The bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good: much choice and good quality.

1) I wasn't aware that internet and breakfast were not incuded in the room price. Both were very expensive and therefore the total price increased a lot. Internet cost 4,95 eur per hour. Breakfaast was an extra 13 euro. 2) for a superior room, it was quite basic. Small old tv and no bath tub.

The ladies working at the reception were very friendly and helpful. We liked the room - basic but clean and comfortable - and the bathroom was well designed with a good shower. By car it was five mins. Via the autobahn into Dortmund city, but I didn't see any public transport! There was a nice place to sit outdoors and enjoy a drink - and we were sorry we had no time for the breakfast buffet, because it looked delicious!

I assume it would be difficult to get to without your own transport.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Efficient service. Comfortable and clean rooms. Good meal times. Close to public transportation.

Poor breakfast, dirty remote control, uncomfortable bed. Just fine for maximum one night. More than that, it is difficult.

The hotel is situated just off the autobahn if driving, making it convenient for travelers on the road. The staff at this hotel are attentive and provide good service. The rooms are comfortable, with a good-sized desk for working and a comfortable bed. The breakfast is available until 10.05, ensuring that guests have plenty of time to enjoy a meal before starting their day.

Spanish restaurant has nothing to do with Spain. Better to have your personal alarm - can't rely on the local stuff
